Abstract
Submitted to the 2021 Book of Mormon Central Art Contest.
This sword is based on the ancient type used in the Americas. The Spanish described the fearful weapon as a double-bladed broadsword. And described an American sword being used to decapitate a horse with a single blow. The weapon is of ancient origin used by the Aztecs and in Mesoamerica long before their empire.
The artist is interested in many forms of art and works also in screenwriting. He is passionate in wanting exciting stories from the Book of Mormon featured in popular big screen cinema that the world may become familiar with heroes from the Book of Mormon and understand the book's divine origin and unmatched worth to man.
