Tyler Griffin

Tyler Griffin has been a volunteer presenter for Scripture Central since December 2019. He spent the first 15 years of his career teaching Seminary and Institute before joining the BYU Department of Ancient Scripture in 2010. He currently serves as an associate dean of BYU Religious Education.
Tyler was born in Providence, Utah and served his mission in Curitiba, Brazil. He holds a degree in Electrical Engineering along with a master’s and PhD in Instructional Technology from Utah State University. He has served in a wide variety of Church callings and currently serves as a counselor in a stake presidency. Tyler and his wife, Kiplin have ten children. He loves volunteering for Scripture Central because they provide resources to bless God’s children all over the world and help accelerate the Lord’s work of gathering.
