Lawrence Corbridge
Elder Lawrence E. Corbridge is the host of the well-loved series, “Stand Forever” at Scripture Central. A legal professional by trade, he is a partner and senior attorney at the Salt Lake City law firm Corbridge Baird & Christensen. He earned a bachelor's degree in business management and finance from Brigham Young University in 1973, followed by a juris doctor from BYU's J. Reuben Clark Law School in 1976.
Originally from Moscow, Idaho, where he was born to Ivan and Agnes Howe Corbridge, he married Jacquelyn Gayle Shamo in the Provo Utah Temple in December 1974. Together, they are the parents of five sons—Tyler, Tanner, Shawn, Chase, and Zachary—and have three grandchildren.
