Abstract
The greatest growth of civilization in the New World after its discovery took place in Central America because the New World civilization there is an extension of the civilization of the Near East. Religiously and linguistically the two civilizations are closely connected. An examination of Genesis 10 discloses world-wide settlement. Ancient historians as well as archaeological evidences bear record of transoceanic crossings.
