Abstract
This piece depicts two women from different generations making fabrics in a time of peace. It shows the transmission of knowledge, how traditions are formed, and how you can work side by side in collaboration to create materials for the benefit of all. Since this is a time of peace and tranquility, the women have smiles on their faces.Gabriela Buenrostro is an arts teacher who works with various disciplines, originally from Mexico.
